The Startup League was created by Radix – a domain name registry that has introduced new domains in the internet namespace like .TECH, .SPACE, .ONLINE, .STORE, .SITE, .WEBSITE, .PRESS, .HOST & .FUN.
This program is an effort to reward their most promising startup clients with never seen before marketing support. Formed on the idea that ‘great brands deserve great marketing’, the Startup League launched in September, 2016, and aims to ease the burden of marketing by providing startups with exclusive benefits like:
- Event Sponsorship: Up to 100% sponsorship when exhibiting at leading tech and startup events like TechCrunch Disrupt, Web Summit, CES, Collision, SXSW etc.
- Free Schwag: Free branded goodies to flaunt at the events – Tshirts, booth giveaways
- PR Support: shout-outs on leading media portals like TNW, tech.eu, Arctic Startup
- Premium Domains: VIP access to high-value domain names
and much more!
The Startup League is now a global community of over 100 startups from 30 different countries. These startups have been supported to exhibit at 23 events a total of 66 times!
At Web Summit 2016, they supported 15 startups to exhibit, read more about it here. In May 2017, they supported 14 startups to exhibit at 100% sponsorship at the TNW Conference in Amsterdam!
The League is also supported by 60+ global startup incubators, accelerators, and ecosystems. This includes the likes of Founder Space, Founder Institute, WHub, Startup Portugal, to name a few.
Being a part of this program is fairly easy, all you need to do use one of Radix’s domain extensions for your startup’s website and apply to their program.
The Startup League is currently looking to support 5 startups with 100% sponsorship on their booth fees at Web Summit 2017 in Lisbon. All other startups will be supported with 25% sponsorship, and some amazing marketing support.
